A tomb of regular blocks on a rectangular plan covered by a two-stage slab, set on a base. To the front surmounted by a gable with simplified beamed architrave, frieze and cornice. In the field of the frieze, two panels. In the left panel, a plaque with engraved inscription (1), the right panel decorated with glazing. Above the frieze a pediment in the shape of two recumbent volutes with a palmette in the centre. Behind the pediment a recessed plinth with a lost cross. The lost cross lies next to the tomb. Latin, straight. To the front in the central field a manhole enclosing the entrance to the tomb with a ritual inscription (2) and two cast-iron entablature with mounts, framed by half pillars ending in a simplified beam. Above the hatch, stone in rustication. Beside the half pillars on each side is an inscription carved into the face of the tomb (3)(4).

4. ADOLF / SATURSKI / + dnia […] 1910 / przeżył lat 28 //.
