The burial place is marked by a boulder with a band in the form of a coffin lid. On the boulder in front a relief cross, below a cadaveric skull. Engraved inscription to the left, engraved signature below.

GRÓB / JANA ERTMANA / MAJĄCEGO LAT 35 / + Ru 1835 PAZDZIERNIKA 18 D. / Zatrzymaj się przechodniu oddal myśl światową / Nad szczątkami człowieka cisza grobowa / To mieysce zlane łzami zasmuconey żony / Ten pomnik przez nią Męża pamiątce wiczney / Męża! po którym żal iey puty się nie skończy / poki ią wyrokiem losu razem z nim nie złożą //.
