Burial site marked by a cast iron cross on a two-stage plinth and base. Cross with arms ending in a floral form. At the intersection of the arms a figure of Christ, above a titulus, below an oval plaque framed by ivy leaves and a group of Mourners set on a plinth supported by two kneeling angels. First step of plinth with moulded upper edges. Second step of plinth with simplified beam consisting of plain frieze and cornice, covered by panel with hook at front. On two sides engraved frames with chamfered segmental arch carved corners, at the back in a similar panel an engraved inscription (2). On the front a profiled panel with engraved inscription (1).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu zbaraskiego rozpoczęta została w roku 2019 przez zespół z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie pod kierunkiem prof. Anny Sylwii Czyż i dr. Bartłomieja Gutowskiego. Ze względu na pandemię COViD, a następnie działania wojenne prace od roku 2020 zostały wstrzymane. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i w formie kart inwentaryzacyjnych w katalogu on-line - http://cmentarzetarnopolskie.uksw.edu.pl/. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
