Cemetery in Sibica (now Český Těšín-Sibica)

Burial place marked by a stele surmounted by a cross on a three-tier plinth and base on a band. Cross on smaller plinth with chamfered top edge. Second step of plinth with moulding in upper edge. Engraved inscription on third step of plinth (1). Base of plinth in the form of stylised Budul sandstone rocks. Slab with engraved inscription diagonally supported on base plinth (2).

2. HELENA/ GÓRNIAKOWA/ * 5.I.1888 + 30.IX.1934/ Cześć waszej pracy/ Pokój waszem duszom.//.
