Prostokątna tablica nagrobna z wyrytą inskrypcją. Inskrypcja majuskułowa (4 górne wiersze) i majuskułowa z wyróżnionymi wersalikami pierwszymi literami poszczególnych wyrazów. W górnej partii napis łaciną, w dolnej po ormiańsku.
