Chorostków | Ukraine

Burial place marked by a cross on a two-stepped plinth. Cross with arms ending in a trillium form, on a richly moulded plinth. The first step of the plinth with upper edges in the form of a stylised lesbian kimation. The second step of the plinth is covered with a wider panel, decorated at the bottom with an Ionic kimation, on four sides covered with a triangular pediment. On the front side of the pedestal an engraved inscription (1). On the right side of the pedestal, an engraved inscription (2). On the left side of the pedestal, an engraved inscription (3).

Inwentaryzacja cmentarzy dawnego powiatu buczackiego wykonana została w latach 2021-2022 9 przez zespół specjalistów z Instytutu Historii Sztuki Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie i Muzeum Narodowego w Warszawie w składzie dr Paweł Drabarczyk vel Grabarczyk, dr. Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
