Burial place originally marked by an unpreserved finial, on a two-stage plinth and a two-stage base. The first step of the plinth with moulded upper edges. The second step of the pedestal moulded into a wider panel. On the four sides panels. Engraved inscriptions to the front (1), left (2) and right (3) sides.

Bartłomiej Gutowski (kierownik projektu), dr Magdalena Olszewska dr Magdalena Tarnowska. Materiał opracowany został w formie kart ewidencyjnych obiektów zabytkowych i opublikowany w katalogu Instyttutu Polonika. Dokumentacja obejmuje wszystkie nagrobki związane z polskim dziedzictwem kulturowym (przede wszystkim rozstrzygający jest napis w języku polskim) powstałe przed 1945 rokiem.
