The Polish colony in the town of Blossburg, Pennsylvania, intends to build the world's tallest mound to commemorate President Wilson, The mound will be 50 metres in diameter at the base and 30 metres wide. The mound will have 14 steps to commemorate Wilson's 14 points. The initiators wish to bring clods of earth from every Polish district in Europe and from all our settlements in the United States. The town of Blossburg has donated a site for the mound of 36,000 sq. ft. It should be noted that Blossburg is one of the oldest Polish settlements in America.
