On a high plinth with chamfered rims, a stepped thick sloping flat slab. Inscriptions on the slab (1) and on a marble plaque fixed to the face of the slab (2).

Gabrielle Héloïse Garczyńska, née Langronet (1868-1943), born on 19 June 1868 in Chambéry, daughter of François Langrognet, inspector of the academy of honour and Chevalier of the Legion of Honour, and Marie Charlotte Besson. Before her marriage, she lived in Paris with her parents at 61 rue Claude-Bernard. Wife of Józef Bolesław Damaze Garczyński; married 27 December 1893 in Paris. From this marriage, son Jan Klaudiusz Stefan Garczyński, born 3 August 1896 in Saint-Dizier. Died on 6 April 1943. Buried on 13 October 1947, transferred from Rachecorbon

Still listed among the buried is Maria Garczyńska, who died on 12 August 1982 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye at the age of 80, buried on 16 August 1982. Identity uncertain - possibly refers to Karol Maria Garczyński, born in France in 1902.
