Edmund Jaskólski (1846-1874), sculptor associated with Lviv.

Deaf from birth, he was educated in Krakow, Warsaw and Munich. From 1866 he lived in Lviv, where he ran his own studio and belonged to the circle of artists around Paris Filippi. His most important work is the realistic tombstone of the doctor and philanthropist Józef Torosiewicz in Lychakiv Cemetery. He died tragically at a young age.
