On a sloping pedestal, a stepped, light-weight slab, at the head a stele ending in a quarter arch, on the slab in front of the stele a granite vase in the shape of a hollow cuboid. Above the inscription on the stele three bronze doves in flight with olive branches in their beaks.

Inscriptions: on the stele (1), on the left side of the slab - in two columns: left (2) and right (3), on the vase (4) and on a plastic plate lying on the slab with a flower and bird motif (5).

Madeleine Bartanowska, née Vadel, born on 6 September 1914 in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, daughter of Louis Joseph Vadel (1876-1921) and Augustine Marie Louise Ducrocq (1885-1930). Wife of Maurice Bartanowski, whom she married on 20 November 1943 in the 12th arrondissement of Paris. The marriage produced a daughter, Annie Bartanowska. Died on 6 February 2012 in Cloyes-sur-le-Loir
