On a double burial place a wide plinth in the middle of which a thick flat slab with large faults, at the head a base with faults the width of the slab, on it a cubic base supported by volutes on it a high cross. Inscriptions on the panel in two columns - left column (1), right column (2).

According to the Books of the Buried: Marie Charlotte Octavie de Rafélis Saint-Sauveur Czajkowska (1881-1952), born on 21 March 1881 in Paris (7th arrondissement), daughter of Paul Marie Raymond, Marquis de Rafélis Saint-Sauveur, and Henriette Sidonie de Gontaut de Biron. In 1912, in London, she married Frédéric Michaël Vladimir Mari Tchaikovsky (born 12 June 1871. in Constantinople, diplomat, son of Vladislav Tchaikovsky, Major-General and Chief of Staff of the Sultan's Army, and Marie de Kerico, grandson of Michael Tchaikovsky - Sadik Pasha, previously married Edith Louise Lyman Collins, married 6 January 1897 in Paris, divorced 1911), she remarried Frédérik on 14 March 1934 in Paris (16th district). She died on 28 July 1952 in Paris at 19 rue d'Armaille, last residing at 36 rue Baujon, death certificate No. 1464. She was buried on 31 July 1952, annual number 937, at the grave site of the de Rafélis Saint-Sauveur family (concession number C.A.P. No. 15060), without an inscription dedicated to her person
